Cross-country skiing is another way of discovering the Pyrenees in the winter, and the forests of Sant Joan de l’Erm are an ideal place for this sport.

This route starts at Sant Joan de l’Erm cross-country skiing resort, located in Alt Pirineu Natural Park and best known for its forests of pine and fir, and continues until La Culla, at the foot of L’Orri Peak, affording spectacular views of Alt Urgell and Cerdanya Counties. The trip is medium-level and participants must be reasonably proficient in cross-country skiing. Rental equipment is available at Sant Joan de l’Erm resort. The route has an elevation of 200 metres.
