High Speed Trains (AVE or TGV) run to Barcelona, Lleida and Girona, from where you can continue to the Pyrenees by private vehicle or public transport.

Other railway options include the Barcelona-Puigcerdà and Barcelona-Portbou lines (Renfe) and the Lleida-La Pobla de Segur line (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya).
